Every step is controlled, documented, and optimized for maximum freshness, nutritional value, and food safety.
Our vertically integrated operation begins in our own fields and contracted farms across Egypt. Using GlobalG.A.P certified agricultural practices, we grow premium varieties selected specifically for IQF processing.
Produce arrives at the facility within hours of harvest. It undergoes rigorous washing, cleaning, and visual inspection to remove any foreign material and ensure only premium-grade product advances to freezing.
After washing, produce is sorted, trimmed, and cut to specification. Our dedicated processing halls handle each product type with precision — ensuring consistent size, shape, and quality before freezing.
Individual Quick Freezing locks in nutrition, texture, and flavor at peak freshness. Our 4 JBT IQF tunnels — 2 at 14 tons/hr and 2 at 7 tons/hr — provide 42 total tons per hour of capacity, one of the largest in the region.
4 Bühler F-Model laser sorters operating at 10 tons/hr each identify and reject any defective pieces, foreign objects, or off-color product. This ensures uniformity and quality in every single unit.
Every batch passes through metal detection before being packed in bulk or retail configurations. We offer custom private label packaging for retail clients and standard bulk packaging for manufacturers and food service.
